I'm relatively new to the real estate business, since 2008,  but before you move on to someone else, give me a few minutes to tell you a little about me so you can make an intelligent choice in your search for a real estate agent.  The number of years in the business does not necessarily translate to the quality of service you receive.


What I bring to the buying, renting, or selling process are 30 years of experience in the  business world as a Sales Representative and Training Manager within the Exxon organization and a decade of experience as a training consultant.  What does that have to do with real estate? A by-product of my careers has been the buying and selling of five homes, including a short sale purchase, and renting another four homes.  As a REALTOR since 2008, I have successfully closed short sales, regular sales, foreclosures, and rentals.  I have represented the buyer and the seller; the landlord and the tenant.  But the key is that I have spent years working with people in a professional relationship which included "selling" concepts, products, and myself.  


I have taught communications and understand the importance of communications in any relationship.  I have taught and practiced providing excellent customer satisfaction - not customer "service."  Anyone can provide customer service; I provide and promise outstanding customer satisfaction.
